I am William Fleming alumni as well as 3 of my children. William Fleming is a great school to not only give a great education but also being Around students from all walks of life. Fleming is what you make it. What you put in is what You get out of it. Thanks for letting me share my thoughts Mrs. Beane

my experience fleming was very disappointing!!! i found some of the teachers satisfactory. the counslers seemed to leave compasion at home. and the upper level admin portayed themselves quick fixers and get the student out asap. there is an overwhelming lack of comunication with no acceptible resolution. when a medical situation arises a student seem to be swept under the rug until the can severed. the overall expierence discouraging. i hope my other child will not attend fleming.

This school has some dedicated teachers, and some not-so-good ones. Don't believe the rumors that are spread about it. It needs more money, but thank goodness we're getting a new school! The IB program is really good, but if you're in regular classes, it's a bit disruptive. The band is awesome, as is the choir, and percussion totally beats everyone else's in Roanoke. =D

This school, although it has its problems, is actually a nice school. Hard working teachers with their ability to reach students ensure our accreditation each year. Unlike other schools in the area, drug use is not as abundant. Fleming offers many after school activities including a variety of clubs, sports, and our well known theatre department.
